Thanks and Giving 2007
For the Catalyst Ranch 5th Anniversary, we wanted to say THANK YOU to our clients and our community who, over the past 5 years have helped us create and grow as Chicago’s most creative meeting and event space!
 In the spirit of celebration and the holidays, on November 5, 2007 we teamed with two great charities which have touched our hearts in a special way: The Greater Chicago Food Depository and this year we added Inspiration Corporation, a nonprofit, community-based organization playing a leading role in Chicago’s 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness. The "ticket in the door” was a non-
perishable food item, or a virtual
or cash donation. We raised
over 283 lbs of food and
enough cash & virtual
donations to provide 436
nutritionally balanced meals.
Over 120 guests and clients
came to give and celebrate
with us! An eclectic, delicious
feast of dishes from around the
world was generously provided by Big
Delicious Planet! Yum!

Since Catalyst Ranch is all about providing an inspiring environment, we decided to enhance the environment at Inspiration Corporation’s Inspiration Café and Weekend Center. Clients, family and friends created 48 original dual-sided custom placemats for the Inspiration Café which reflect the spirit of home, home cooking and fun Chicago phrases and photos. Guests also worked collaboratively to create 26 individual unique art pieces which together form an amazing art installation at the Weekend Center. |
